Ourisman Volkswagen of Laurel, MD has more maintenance and repair business than our current service staff can handle. The winter months have brought customers into the service lanes and we can’t keep up. Our reputation for outstanding service is at risk so we need an additional experienced Service Advisor immediately. Three years experience is desired. German import experience is a plus.
Our advisors benefit from one of the best pay plans in the business. We pay weekly and there are many opportunities for bonuses and other incentives. You begin earning from day one. Your income will be commensurate with your experience but you should earn $50k easily your first year if not more. Your income is really unlimited and dedicated, hard workers can make much more.
